Counselling Can Transform Your Life!

You are likely here because you need help. Maybe you are struggling with anxiety, burnout, grief, or are feeling stuck and you need support. Or maybe your romantic relationship needs help? Possibly you feel hopeless because you have tried to solve these problems on your own and you just can’t seem to figure out what is happening.

I have many years of experience helping people through life’s challenges, formerly as a Nurse Practitioner, and now as a Registered Clinical Counsellor. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding, combined with the expert knowledge needed to help you navigate your current challenges. I believe in providing clients with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to live their life in the best possible way.

Counselling Services

I specialize in helping both couples and individuals find meaningful, lasting change through evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

For Individuals

Are you finding you cannot tolerate your busy life like you used to? Are you drowning under the pressure of organizing kids, work, relationship, and family? Things that used to seem easy to navigate are now becoming a real struggle.

You don’t understand why you struggle so much.

There are so many reasons why we get to this point. Often there is an underlying feeling of “I am not good enough”, or “I am alone”, or possibly you are struggling with increased anxiety or wondering why your old methods of coping are no longer working. I can help!

For Couples

Have you and your partner been feeling emotionally disconnected? Are you both tired of repeating the same argument over and over? Deep down, do you feel like your partner just doesn’t understand your point of view and now you are starting to feel alone within the relationship?

You are starting to worry about the future of your relationship.

It seems that when you do try to connect, old arguments arise and the same cycle repeats, so you stop reaching out. Even though you feel the love is still there, the spark is gone. But you and your partner long for the connection again. I can help!
